The staff at reception were very cute and helpful. I also appreciated the location in the centre. Breakfast was fantastic. The receptionist was polite.

I found the building interior a little tired. There were some small stains on carpets on stairs. I noticed chipped paint and scuffs on woodwork. The room was quite tired.

The location is very central I found it easy to walk to the markets and the river. Check in was fast. I liked that the communication prior to my stay ensured parking arrangements were made and that my dinner reservation was arranged. Breakfast had many choices.

My room was not serviced one day despite my having left it at 9.30am and returning at 3pm.

i really enjoyed the room it had a very comfortable bed. the staff were friendly and quickly helped with our bags. location was central and convenient i could easily walk to shops and restaurants.

the gym equipment felt a little old.

the room included a large wardrobe and a writing desk and chair. air conditioning worked effectively keeping the space cool. the bathroom featured complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels i found these additions useful.

Breakfast had an extensive selection of fresh fruit and pastries that tasted good. dinner service was efficient. I noticed the waiters paid attention to detail. the restaurant offered several vegetarian options including a delicious mushroom risotto it was amazing.
